Reports are coming in of an attack at a vocational school in Ludwigshafen. Police have evacuated the school and a 23-year-old man has been arrested
One person has been killed, which some sources say was a teacher at the school, There are no reports as yet of any further casualties, though there are rumours that others teachers may be injured.
